Director, Financial Services

Angelo leads the financial services group in delivering high quality accounting and financial services to the Affiliates and the incubated entities. During 2004, Angelo served as Ithaka’s comptroller and was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of financial services, establishing internal controls and streamlining accounting practices across the Affiliates. Angelo brings over 15 years of experience from public accounting and the venture capital and entrepreneurial sector. Before joining Ithaka, Angelo served as Chief Financial Officer of a dot.com organization which he subsequently sold to a publicly-held entity trading on the NASDAQ. Angelo also served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of a successful start-up technology company and was credited with establishing distribution/licensing channels along with several alliances/ventures throughout Europe and Asia.

Angelo’s previous experience includes eight years in public accounting and he is currently an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPAs). Angelo served as Chairman of the Advertising Committee for the NYSSCPAs during 2000-2002 and was an active member of the Technology Committee of the AICPA. Angelo holds a B.S. degree and is a Certified Public Accountant.
