General Counsel and Secretary

Barnaby is responsible for oversight of all legal issues, planning for Board meetings, and management of contractual relationships with outside parties.

Before joining Ithaka, Barnaby was an Associate with Davis Polk & Wardwell in California, where he played a key role in establishing their new California office and Global Technology Group.  His work in Silicon Valley deepened his extensive knowledge of software and computer technology and provided him with considerable experience negotiating licenses and advising technology-oriented companies on a wide variety of transactional and intellectual property matters.  Barnaby holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Trinity College.  He is admitted to the bar in New York and California.
