Senior Support Specialist

Jamie is a Senior Support Specialist in Shared IT, providing support to JSTOR out of their Ann Arbor office. Jamie’s primary role is providing desktop support for the JSTOR office and NITLE staff in Ann Arbor. In addition to this responsibility, Jamie works very closely with the Windows System Administrators in providing other IT support. Before joining Ithaka, Jamie was the Network Administrator for Questar Capital Corporation in Ann Arbor. He holds a BS in Interpersonal and Public Communication from Central Michigan University.
