Desktop Support Specialist
Miriam joined Ithaka as a Desktop Support Specialist. Along with the Support Services team, Miriam shares responsibility for providing desktop support to the Affiliates. She has a BS in Business Administration from Shippensburg University. She is also a Certified Help Desk 2000 Professional, and has completed professional training in Microsoft Windows 2000. She is skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining the various hardware and software applications used by the Affiliates. Miriam worked for the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation prior to starting at Ithaka. She has also worked for Viacom International and IntelliMark as a Help Desk Analyst.
