Yasmeen Grandison assumed the role of ITHAKA’s director of human resources in February 2007. Prior to joining ITHAKA, Ms. Grandison worked at Siemens Government Services, Inc., where she led all human resources activities, including recruitment, compensation, training, benefits planning, employee relations, corporate communications, and the creation and communication of policies and procedures. Prior to working at Siemens, Ms. Grandison provided HR services for the Washington DC branch of URS Corporation Global Architecture and Engineering division. She has also worked in an HR capacity with Donovan Data Systems and Credit Suisse in New York. Ms. Grandison is PHR certified and has over 16 years of human resources related experience. She holds a bachelor of science in business administration, majoring in human resources, from West Virginia University, College of Business and Economics.
