Ithaka, a not-for-profit organization based in New York City, is planning to launch a research project to examine the development, impact, and future of the OCW movement. We believe that individual OCW initiatives, as well as the broader community, have reached a point of sufficient maturity that such a study would offer important strategic insights to academic institutions worldwide. During this talk, Ithaka's manager of research will introduce the research project and ask for the help of the OCW/OER community in carrying it out.
