ITHAKA has been honored with a 2025 Top Workplace Culture Excellence award, through Energage. The 2025 Top Workplace Culture Excellence award celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that prioritize employee experience and workplace culture. ITHAKA earned the award based on employee feedback from the 2024 Energage Employee Engagement Survey. Results were evaluated by comparing ITHAKAns’ responses to those at other, similarly sized companies and organizations.
“Our goal is to enable our employees to work where and how they have the most impact,” said ITHAKA’s President, Kevin Guthrie. “Empowering our staff with the resources they need to excel means that we can all focus on advancing our mission together.”
In the survey, ITHAKA employees gave the organization high marks for work-life flexibility and compensation and benefits. In addition to the employees having the ability to work in 37 states in the US, ITHAKA has an unmatched comprehensive benefits package that includes four weeks vacation, two personal days, and 12 sick days, flex spending, long-term disability, short-term disability, affordable and no cost premium medical/dental/vision plans, employee retirement savings contribution of 10%, tuition assistance up to $5250 annually, commuter benefits, and add on benefits, such as access to premium Calm App subscription, employee discounts, and the employee assistance program.
“Our people are our greatest resource,” said VP of Work Life, and Culture, Debbie Barrett. “We are proud to work with such an engaged and motivated team at ITHAKA. We strive to support our incredible employees as they work to make knowledge more accessible around the world.”
